# Delete your Google data

## Disconnect

In Settings → Connected Accounts, disconnect your Google account. Havilo stops syncing your mail and calendar and deletes its access to your Google account. Nothing you already have in Havilo is deleted.

## Ask us to delete it

Email <support@havilo.ai> from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your Google data. We disconnect your Google account first, then delete your data from every workspace you belong to, and reply when it is done.

What we delete:

* Your email and calendar events: subjects, message text, attachments, senders and recipients. Where Havilo showed an email or event, it now shows "Email deleted" or "Event deleted" with the date.
* Situations built only from your email or calendar. They no longer appear in Situations, Home or search.
* Your unsent drafts on Situations, and what AI chat read from your mail.
* What AI runs you started read, and the answers they gave.
* The text of emails you sent through Havilo.

What stays:

* Records in your workspace, such as people, companies and their fields, including ones added from your email.
* Documents an AI run saved to your workspace.
* Situations a teammate also contributed email or calendar events to keep their title and summary. Your emails in them show as deleted.
* A teammate's own copy of an email you both received or exchanged. That copy came from their Google account, not yours.

Deleted data stays in our database backups for up to 2 days and in our search index backups for up to 7 days, then those backups expire. We do not use backups for anything else.

If you connect Google again later, your mail syncs back into Havilo Mail. Email Havilo already read before the deletion is not processed again.
